MOA Signing Ceremony

In July 2019, OROBEST Innovation Program was launched by the Oro Chamber of Commerce and the DOST – Region 10, in partnership with the DTI – Region 10, USAID – STRIDE, and local universities.

Started as an annual business expo event, OROBEST Innovation Program otherwise known as “Optimizing Regional Opportunities for Business Excellence through Science, Technology, & Innovation Program” seeks to enhance industry productivity and competitiveness through the generation and adoption of scientifically-developed technologies to boost local businesses in Region 10.

One of the program’s initiatives in order to identify researches and technologies that may be relevant to local businesses is to reach out to local colleges and universities. In fact, an MOA Signing Ceremony has been conducted between the DOST – Region X and Capitol University for the project entitled “On-Board Charging System (OBOCS).”

Witnesses of the said event are President Robert Pizarro of Oro Chamber, Dr. Juanito Demetrio of Capitol University; Ms. Queritess Q. Queja, Executive Director of Oro Chamber; Ms. Aili Gatuslao Perez, Project Staff of OROBEST Innovation Program; Ms. Lovella Marie of Capitol University; Mr. Andy Donggay; and our very own Greenergy Development Corp. President and CEO, Engr. Cerael Donggay, who sees a big potential of the said project, and will be supporting it through Greenergy Mobility brand.
